1. This new update does not punish site instead devalue the link, not considered valuable for the SEO.
This latest update does not punish or penalize the entire site instead, reduces the link ranking on the search engine. This is the main reason why people have accepted this update with open arms. Initially, when Penguin update was released, it punished your entire website straightaway without actually telling the reason for punishing. Such type of behaviour misleading business owners created a negative gap between the owners and the Google itself.
Google Penguin 4.0 is a positive improvement that will allow people to make links openly.
2. This update came from Google, one of the reliable sources.
This penguin 4.0 update works in real-time. Your web page gets refreshed at a faster rate. One can visualize the web search results in real-time. This update allows Google to link faster.
